Their habitat includes a variety of landscape types, such as riverside and swamp forests, but also rainforests, open savannahs and scrublands, as well as mosaic vegetation areas.
Geographical Range
Pangolins live in sub-Saharan Africa and in South, South-East Asia and southern East Asia.
Status
The IUCN lists many of the pangolin species - they are specified as "Vulnerable", "Endangered" or even "Critically Endangered".

Varies according to species, with a decreasing trend in each case.
