Where can I find the WALLENFELS EYEWEAR 3D app?

The app is currently available at our specialist dealers. However, we are currently working on an extension and soon the app will be available to everybody. Then you will also be able to select and configure the WALLENFELS EYEWEAR  models at home. Afterwards, the desired model can be sent to your local optician via QR code.

Are special designs possible?

On request, we can also produce spectacle models in special colours or in different colours (temples, frames). Other design options (such as cut-outs) or completely new, individually designed spectacle models are also possible – please contact one of our specialist dealers, we will be happy to send you a customised offer via the optician!

How long do I have a guarantee on my glasses?

For material or manufacturing defects, we generally provide a warranty for our glasses in accordance with the statutory provisions (2 years). However, this warranty does not cover: damage due to improper handling, lack of care, accidents, normal wear and tear as well as claims for consequential damage that occurs.

My glasses broke – now what?

In principle, we can supply spare parts for our glasses at any time. The first point of contact is your local optician.

What is the best way to clean my glasses?

You can clean the glasses with a damp cloth and light soapy water (dishwashing detergent). For drying, it is best to use a soft cloth (e.g. microfibre). If you use a cloth to clean your glasses, please make sure that it does not contain alcohol, methylated spirits or solvents.
